What is your turnaround time on orders?
All orders will be manufactured and leave our facility within three business days. All personal orders will be shipped via Non-Trackable and all business orders will be shipped via Ground unless otherwise indicated. In-Plant Rush is available on all products except pre-inked stamps and deposit slips.

Do you offer free shipping?
CheckAdvantage is pleased to offer free shipping on personal checks! The option is a basic non-trackable method, and delivery to your home or business can be expected in 11 to 15 days. (Sorry, we cannot ship free to AK or HI.) Express shipping options are also available when you order personal checks online.

How do you calculate shipping/freight costs?
Personal product shipping costs are calculated based on the number of checks ordered and business product shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order. AK, HI, PR, VI, GU and express shipping methods will cost extra over standard shipping rates.

How can I check on the status of my order?
You will receive an email once your order leaves our plant. From there, it will take 1-12 business days for personal products to arrive and 1-5 business days for business products to arrive, depending on your location and whether you chose Non-Trackable / Ground or an express shipping method. Will I be able to see the total cost charged to my credit card prior to ordering?
Yes, the order page will display your product cost, shipping costs and order total. Residents of Wisconsin will also be charged sales tax.

In Plant Rush production is a service we make available on all personal check and business products, except for pre-inked stamps and deposit slips.
